What People Are Saying
“Rehnuma has an in depth knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine. Her massage technique is excellent, the treatment room is very nice and her approach very holistic. She takes time to understand her clients needs. The 20 min sauna at the end is a very big plus ! Highly recommended.”

“Rehnuma has been my teacher for years and my practice benefits so much from her lessons. She creates a caring environment, and her precise cues and adjustments improve both my physical and spiritual practice. Can't wait to try out the Portugal location!”

“Soooo happy to have found her and this center! I have MS and I go there weekly for ayurvedic massage, sauna, and scalar system! I love all their offerings and all ayurvedic healing! Finally a place that knows their stuff, really legit ayurvedic treatment! Best center in the Algarve in my opinion! I've tried mostly all healing centers lol”
